At Nagdos Technology ("Nagdos"), we take the security of your personal data very seriously. We are committed to processing and storing all personal data of individuals associated with Nagdos, including those who use our products and services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As such, we process your personal data in the scope and under the conditions set forth below as the "Data Controller" under the GDPR.

Personal data is defined in the GDPR as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Therefore, your name, surname, email address, and phone number, which you share with us, are considered personal data.

Nagdos collects your personal information in order to fulfill our legal obligations and to keep you informed about campaigns and benefits.
To whom and for what purpose do we transfer your personal data?
Your personal data may be shared with Nagdos shareholders, direct/indirect domestic/foreign subsidiaries, business partners with whom we work together during the course of the business relationship, and persons and institutions in domestic/foreign countries where we receive cloud storage services. In addition, personal data is shared with courts and other public institutions, limited to our legal obligations.
How do we store your personal data?
Your personal data shared with our company is stored on Nagdos's domestic/foreign secure servers in accordance with applicable legal regulations, GDPR provisions, and Nagdos standards.
How long do we keep your personal data?
In accordance with the GDPR, when the purpose of processing requires it is eliminated and/or the statute of limitations periods within which we are required to process your data under the legislation expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized and continued to be used.
What are your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law?
You have the following rights regarding your processed personal data in accordance with the legislation;

- + The right to request that the actions taken to correct or delete personal data that is incomplete or incorrectly processed and/or to destroy personal data be notified to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- + The right to object to the outcome of the analysis of the processed data solely by means of automated systems,
- + The right to request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
